What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your beauty treats are dispatched, we will send a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey to your doorstep.
Are Doll Beauty products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! We are proud to be a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we work with manufacturers who do.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you need your glow in a hurry, we offer Express Shipping options at checkout which deliver within 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Do you ship internationally?
